And if you run something smartly, the returns that you can get.
So those are sort of a couple of the arguments at the moment.
And then the other bit is rich people love buying things, right?
Right.
And they love buying things that are scarce.
And there's only, you know, a handful of super clubs in the world.
You know, with you know, we're yet to see a club and it would take a big change to their sort of presidential systems for like Real Madrid and Barcelona to ever go properly on the market.
You know, the scarcity of owning a Real Madrid or a Manchester United, etc.
So that puts you you can't be knighted in the States because
