but what but what you can do is own one of the biggest sports teams on the planet.
And so I think those are probably the three things that stand out to me as to why people are still doing it.
I think it's a disaster for the wider European game, to be honest.
It and I and I don't know if it is a trend that is gonna continue, if it's just a moment in time where there is there there I I think there's a a couple of reasons for it.

I don't mean foreign players here, I mean players who are playing, you know, uh abroad.
And obviously there's major exceptions to that with you know tr really sort of big name players like Barcala from PSG that's going to go to Liverpool, possibly Alvarez if he goes to Arsenal.
But what we're starting to see is basically your kind of your Chelsea's Man United, Man United.
City, to a lesser extent, Tottenham, and I think all of Tottenham's business this summer has been Premier League base players.
Pretty much.
They they're good but they're basically saying, Hey, you guys in the middle and down the bottom, you try them, you test them, we'll take them.
And we'll kind of we'll just cut out that bit in the you know of trying to be smart.
We'll spend a bit more, probably, because there's a premium, but we can afford it.
And then on the other side of it, those players we don't want, you we'll sell them to you as well.
So we'll get
The money back in many cases.
So Chelsea have signed Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa and have now sold them Jackson and Garnetchra.
And it's gonna be I'm getting very interested to see how UEFA actually look at that one over the next year or so in terms of whether it's seen as exchange and the impact that that has on profit and how you can put that in your books and everything.
I'm sure you know both clubs would say entirely separate, and obviously Emery has been after Jackson for a long time as well.
