kind of playing in settings that there's organization, that there's coaching, that there's schemes on both ends of the floor, and where everyone on the team is held to a high standard of competitiveness and just sheer effort, ends up benefiting each player individually.
When that doesn't happen, it's usually an inverse reaction.
