Like, look, when COVID hit and Zoom came out, there's a brief period of time where people are like, this is the end.

The exact opposite happened.
It put a bigger premium on in-person interaction because people realize that we are social beings and that's what we need.
We need to interact with other people.
And so I think that's one of the things that we really need to take away and ask this question, which is, um, what are the needs of the people around me?
And how do I fulfill those needs?
And that's part of what leadership is.
Yeah.

Are you good at what you do?
Right.
Do you understand the the tasks that need to be completed in order for your business to thrive, right?
And so there's a sense of like, um you you gotta be good at what you do and that requires sometimes technical training and becoming very good at that.
Um, but you know, attention also comes from being that exemplar, but also from
putting out a a vision, right?
You know, I said a fundamental human need we have is meaning and understanding, right?
And to the extent that we f people feel like that's being satisfied, they're going to pay attention to that.
And so that's what something that's really, you know, important.
