And so then you start thinking about well, what are the variables that really matter?

And I think that in more independent cultures,

Um, courage, courageous, brave is a a little bit more important.

So we want in America, right?

We want our leaders to be brave and courageous um in how they present themselves.

Um, one thing that comes up a little bit more in Asia, Asia is this idea of hypocrisy, right?

This idea that it's really important for someone to um act consistently with the words that they espouse, or at least.

Yeah.

publicly consistently, right?

Um and so I I think that's partly based on this idea of collectivism, right?

Versus independence that makes a difference.

And so one of the most powerful things that we can do though as leaders um is I think act, present ourselves as actually consistent with our vision.

Mm.

Yeah, I was thinking about that question.

You you you you gave me a cue earlier.

And so I've been thinking a lot about it.

And I thought of a couple different ones.

But I I just want to say something before I give you my personal experiences.

I've asked people all over the world, just like I've asked them about inspiring fruiting, I've asked um about their own experience.

I said, um, tell me about a time when you were morally brave, or tell me about when you're morally cowardly.
