Your brain stops you from adding context because when you were a kid, if you added context, you'd get criticized and hurt because of the context.
So you learn to cut out context and minimize it so people couldn't use it against you.
Wow.
So now you don't do it, and now people get mad at you.
There's reasons for that.
You weren't born that way.
You're not born shy.
Man, I got five kids.
You are born with a personality, but then your experiences shape the best or worst version of that personality.
The trauma and pain and experiences that you have shape you and teach you what's allowed and what's not allowed, what's safe and not safe.
You learned that shyness kept you safe.
Yep, they do.
Again, man, we're born... My oldest son came out hot and ready and screaming and yelling.
He was sucking both thumbs and bossing people around like moment one.
And my first daughter, she came out so peaceful and gentle and sweet.
And she still is, even if she's got her mischievous days, she is.
