Look, for me, no.
Get cracking.
And that might be I'm going to get cracking on getting fit or I'm working on my sleep or my health, but I'm going to get cracking on some things.
And to me, I think that the action does absorb anxiety.
So if I was just to sit flat and rest, I would spend more time worrying, I think.
But I can process it more effectively if I'm doing things.
That can be gardening.
It can be to start getting going.

And I think that's okay.
I think it's fine, you know, until you've been through it because you always wonder, oh, why were you the one made redundant?
And the reality is there's only so many roles at so many levels and all the maths plays out.
But I think there is a expectation on behalf of many that says, but they would have kept you if you were useful at something, right?
And so I do think that exists and I think that's fine.
I actually think it's really mechanical.
It's roles being made redundant, you go, and that's a good thing for both as long as you both sort of treat it that way.
