The Nuggets' first, what is that, 13 games out of the All-Star break might be their toughest portion just in terms of quality of opponent.
And so that's why I predict that that game,
at Los Angeles against the Lakers on a Saturday night, March 14th, will be the low point of the season because I don't think the Nuggets will be horrible in this stretch.
I just think they're going to fall in the standings and they won't inspire confidence.
I don't think there's like a long winning streak in there.
It's probably a win two, lose one, win one, lose two.
It's going to be like that back and forth for the next month.
I think there's probably a little bit of that.
I think more than anything, they're just tired, honestly.
I mean, talking to people today.
So I see Vlada says they're going to go 8-5.
I think that would be, like, impressive.
You talk about only five losses with all those road games against tough teams, back-to-backs, everything else.
8-5 would be great, but 8-5 doesn't inspire confidence.
8-5 is almost nondescript.
You know, you don't say our team's on fire.
You don't say the sky is falling.
And eight and five might have you drop down to like the six seed at that point.
I think it'll be the low point.
And if you lose to that Lakers team, which to me signals the end of that run, you go Houston at San Antonio on a back to back at Lakers.
