So this is where I have to be the bearer of bad news to Nuggets Nation.
But I'm predicting it so everybody can kind of hold your breath.
As I study the schedule, I actually think the low point of the season is going to come on March 14th.
And I think that when we look back at this portion of the season, it's going to be so long where the Nuggets just don't inspire the confidence we're all hoping for that a lot of people are going to freak out.
It's not that I think they're going to lose a ton of games.
I just don't think they're going to win consistently.
Here's coming out of the All-Star break.
At the Clippers, tough one.
At Portland, on a second night of a back-to-back, tough one.
At Golden State, tough one.
Come home for a one-off against Boston, tough one.
At Oklahoma City, super tough.
Home against Minnesota.
every single one of those games is difficult you're only at home for two of those and they're both one-offs because of course the league hates Denver and does not allow them to play back-to-back games at home so they're going to play what is that six of their first uh eight on the road and they're all against tough teams and it ends on the second night of a back-to-back at Utah Utah's tanking but it's still like you have to use energy to go beat a tanking team on the second night of a back-to-back
And then it's, oh, yeah, we're not out of this.
We're right back in it.
And then you come, and here's where I think it continues.
It extends more beyond that because then you have the Lakers at home and then the Knicks at home on the second night of a back-to-back.
Tough one, but you could win both of those games.
At Oklahoma City, Houston at home, at San Antonio, at the Lakers.
