The food choice that I had was like a chicken rice bowl. So what I have found that works really well for me is to just not allow the hard swings. So there's going to be times in my life when the strength training frequency is lower and I'm not optimal buff version of me.

But so long as I don't go way overboard on the eating, I'm mindful of activity and checking the boxes around the other that make me healthy, sleep and water, all the other things. I really don't go that far back. You know what I'm saying? And so that to me has been the biggest hack or improvement or thing that I've honed in as I've gotten older because it used to be real extreme swings.

I mean, honestly, when you walk around San Francisco, you don't see a lot of really obese people.

Okay, yeah. I mean, I've never really thought about it until you brought this up right now, but you were talking about it, and I'm like, you know what? When I think of somewhere like, it wasn't that long ago, I was in Florida, and I went to Disney World, and I was like, holy, I have never seen... so many scooters and people like really, really overweight.
