And it also makes sense that what the courts decide in those cases
are going to likely be relied upon
when courts are deciding
similar issues in franchise cases.
You know, we we recently um
had a case here in New Jersey
Um, with Houston's restaurant.
up in Hackensack, New Jersey.
And um
the manager and this is um this obviously m you know strikes me as it went back a f a few years because
It was
dealing with my space, um, and a private group had formed on there of employees of the Houstons location.
And one of the uh employees was a little friendly with one of the managers and
show them.
the back and forth that was going on there.
And the manager asks for the login details so he can manager it and the employee
um, complied.
