And the manager started to read everything and

you know, came across um

inappropriate sexual comments about coworkers and customers

references to drugs

negative

comments about the company and its policies.

And the manager ended up firing two of the people who were who were

driving a lot of the the posting.

And the uh the employees ended up suing uh Houston.

And they prevailed.

and you know, they they basically prevailed on a invasion of privacy claims.

And you know, what the court found was that uh

the manager by getting the access to the site

Um, it was basically through coercion

Uh that the employee would

fear the consequences if she didn't turn that information over to the manager and let the manager log on so the manager kinda

bullied his way in.

uh, through his power.

um as a supervisor at Houston.
