Uh, that was actually really interesting.
That was um the first time they had done it
very um well attended
It was um
an hour and fifteen minute breakout session that really could have gone on for hours and hours.
Um the uh panelists were just getting
pelted with questions from the
um attendees the entire time.
Um, at a certain point the moderator just had to put a stop to questions.
because, you know, they just were not going to get anywhere near through the material that they wanted to cover and they definitely did not get through um a big chunk of the material because of that.
So I think it's actually um it was a great session.
I think it's gonna be repeated.
Now they kind of approached it from a legal standpoint, um, you know, where they basically said
Yeah.
franchise companies are becoming more and more reliant on SBA financing in order to open up new units

you know, some of the things that are involved are getting on the SBA registry
And then also as part of that process the SBA is going to review the franchise agreement
And certain things may not fly from the SBA's perspective and they're gonna want you to change that.
