control issues were a very big theme that they uh
presenters talked about.
You know, the um they wanted to make sure that it was truly an independent business.
And I mean Joe, um pardon me, Paul, you had talked earlier about
consulting in the janitorial services industry
where some people have argued that they're glorified employees, it's not really their own independent business
based on the way it's structured in terms of the franchise or getting the jobs, doing the billing, um and just paying
you know, the franchisees from that.
So, I mean those those are issues that the SBA looks at and they want to make sure because
