revenue was not flowing into an account controlled by the franchise or a third party and then
being paid to the franchisee that the revenues were coming directly to the franchisees.

Someone someone raised an issue of like, well, what about national accounts where
the franchise or has a national account set up and it's basically set up that if the franchisee does work
um the franchise order gets paid because they're the ones that have the national account and then they divvy it up based on who did work in what market.
Um, that was fine as long as these national accounts were not a substantial part of the franchise's business.
Um, and it wasn't that most of their money was going to these franchise or controlled accounts.
Uh, another thing that they had brought up was the um right of first refusal.
you know, if the something happened when the French D was gonna sell
that the uh French is all had the right of first refusal.
Um
that was fine as long as um
they didn't have a uh option to buy, which means that the
Francis doesn't want to sell and the Francis Or could force it.
Um, that was not okay.
The other thing was you could have an option to buy assets, you know, equipment, product supplies, as long as it was for fair market value.
So so that was fine.
