And he absolutely has the ability to galvanise the team and connect people within the football club.
And I think that there's a genuine power in that and what that he can bring to the organisation.
You know, from a public relations point of view, obviously there's challenges around staff.

So I feel like as long as, and I think that from the outside looking in, the way that Tim Roberts and Andrew Welsh has handled the process from when Brad Scott was moved on to where they are now, I think it's been the right way to go about it.
