And so I quickly found that instead of flipping one house at a time or two houses at a time, we could go flip 200 at a time.
And now I could get there.

Was just very lucky, fast forward, lucky enough to partner with an amazing operator.
My wife and I started our own private equity firm, LFS Capital, partnered with an amazing operator.
And now, I mean, with them, we have over 11,000 doors.
That's incredible.
I actually, um, I painted this.
I'm not an artist by any means, but there's a painting in my house that I actually painted.
Uh, it's the only one.
Yeah.
Everything else.
Somebody else did.
I painted this painting and I'm actually pretty proud of it.
It's called, I get Vince to get a picture of it and send it over to you so you can put it on there.
It's called abundance.
I called it.
And it's a pretty large painting.
And the whole bottom of the painting is black.
And it has this thin, like creamy kind of white line.
