And when that kind of stuff is happening to staff and the fact that people think that this little

this little seal here that gets me in and out is like, I call it my Disney Fastpass.

When I come here, I'm like, you get to go to the front of the line.

That's all that is.

You serve the people and it doesn't give you any other privilege other than being able to speak for the 800,000 plus people in your community.

but you don't get any, you're not any better than anybody.

And I think that people hang out here too long in DC.

Not length of service, like here.

You need to go home and remind yourselves that this is not normal.

Right, exactly right.

You have to do something different.

And you have to stand up for the people who sent you here.

And that's one thing that I go back home every weekend.

And I go back to Tucson and I have three teenagers who remind me, I don't know who you think you are, mom.

But that is not cute.

They're going to keep me humble all the time.

And I think that that's important.

Like you can't do a good job here until and until you remember what you're fighting for.

I mean, I can never forget if I go home every weekend.

So I just encourage people like go home and serve the people in your communities as often as you can, because this environment is really not a healthy one.
