I think it's very, very important to instill confidence and belief, self belief in, you know, kids from a very, very young age.

But a psychological perspective, right?
Like I I I know about theories like the reinforcement of theory, right?
When it comes to
cognitive behavior and, you know, what I say motivation, right?
I'd like for you to quickly, you know, shed some light on
the role of parents in shaping the mindset, right?
From a psychological perspective of children.

And you know, I I I very much acknowledge the role of environment in shaping a person.
And thank you very much for, you know, touching on, you know, uh the the fact that from teenagehood, you know, friends become a very significant um influence.
So like you you've actually been able to operate across different environments, even different continents in North America.
America, in Europe, in South America, but what have those experiences actually taught you about human behavior and leadership that transcends culture?
