And are they now trying to say, is Apple now trying to say that

that actually Apple is the champion of private security and the EU is the body that wants to let bad guys in to do bad things with your data.

Their answer was very nuanced to that.

What they said was that, no, no, hold on.

We said the European Commission.

And I said, well, yeah, but the European Commission is basically the civil service of the European Union, right?

And they said, yes, but just to be clear, we're talking about the European Commission here.

And then went on to expand on that.
