You can even use metal utensils on those, which a lot of pans you can't.

Now, I'm not talking about like putting egg beater in it, but you don't have to worry about scratching the surface.

I mean you're going into it with the edge of a metal spatula.

For home use now, I really like T Fall or Analon.

I do like stainless steel pans, but most people do not take good care of their stainless steel pans.

And so you'll see rusty, loose rivets.

I'm talking about their they have like nonstick and they also have these like kind of ceramic where you don't have to worry about scratching the Teflon off of it because that's that to me is like one of the worst things.

You go to somebody's house and you see a non stick or Teflon pan that's been scratched to hell.

I'm like

The amount of chemicals you're releasing, like just get just get rid of it.

Just throw the pan away.

So I like the ones that it kind of is a little bit of foolproof in the way that a home cook would not have to be as careful and precious with it.

But stainless steel, I've seen too many people's stainless steel pans.

They don't clean them properly, so stuff gets burnt on.

They don't dry them properly, so you get rust around.

Down the rivets and then they get loose.

So it's like, just go with one of those ceramic pans.
