There is a huge opportunity across the world to be able to turn insights into change, to drive cross-sector collaboration and really to measure those outcomes and not activities.
and to continue to drive women's health.
It would be lovely if we stopped talking about women's health and having the need for a strategy because it became part of the norm, part of just health.
Having worked on the frontline,
It gives me a different lens with the way I'm able to look at this data and think about women and their care and how they experience care.
And this is almost a bit of a passion project for me, Emma, being able to bring this data to life in the hope that it will make a difference for women's lived experience and that we can see an improvement in healthcare.

I think that this is so critical for us to get right moving forward so that women can experience better health through their lifespan.

I think if we can continue to have these conversations and they can become mainstream, I think it'll allow women to experience health differently.
It will allow them to be a lot more open about their struggles.
I myself am in the midst of menopause and having a supportive husband and having a supportive workplace.
place has made an incredible difference to the way that I've gone through it and all the symptoms that I've experienced while going through it.
So that's something that I'm really passionate about also in the work that I do, being in a women's health company and looking at the different disease states is creating that awareness.
that women aren't embarrassed to seek treatment for heavy menstrual bleeding or for menopause or anything else they're going through.
It's critical that we continue to have these conversations.
