Kumbaya, we're all good, right?
But no, man, they are legislating from the bench right here.
They're overruling a law that was passed and amended to be strengthened.
And, and first one, first one is not happening for a while, for a while.
It's because it's one of those things where it's like, if, if the Supreme court can just roll back this key part of, and it's not just the first, this is, they roll back pre preclearance in 2013, 2021 eroded section two.
And then now basically today, totally gutting section two, uh,
When Congress specifically passed an amendment to strengthen it, where are we at?
We could pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, but is the Supreme Court just going to rule that unconstitutional?
So I think Democrats really got to think clearly about how they're going to approach this.
You know, this is the result of decades of planning from the right.
Democrats have to think long term.
They have to figure out a way.
How are we going to plan to push back on this and to effectively, you know, get the Supreme Court back, whether that is through reform?
Because I think that's going to be a big 2028 debate on that debate stage.
Are people interested in packing the courts?
Are people interested in impeaching justices?
Like, what is going to be done to make sure that this is rolled back?
Because this has been insane to witness.
The Roberts court, like, Roberts pretends to be a moderate.
He has been intent on rolling back voting rights since he walked in to the Supreme Court.
