No matter what happens in this fight, I'm going to be cocky, confident, Ronaldo.
And I love that, even going out to warm up, before I was warming up, if I had doubts, if I was a wee bit anxious, a wee bit afraid, cocky, confident Ronaldo.
And even seeing that photo of Ronaldo, it sort of made you, you know, put the shoulders back, good body language, clean shaven, you know, you're focused, you're ready to go.
And I said, I love those three words.
So I get quite a lot of athletes that I would do wee small bits and pieces, pick three words, but one with a photo, you know, and you know when you're going out to compete.
No matter what I'm going to do today, I'm going to be cocky, confident Ronaldo.
No matter what happens, if I'm two up, if I'm three up, four up, four down, I'm going to be cocky, confident Ronaldo.
I'm going to be on my toes.
You know, there's all different ones, but I love those three.
I'm actually getting ready to go now.
I'm going to come back.
But yeah, I love that.
And I think that's so important.
That and body language is a big one for me.
And I think, again, how do you prepare for those moments?
And this is where I love to get into.
so it's like you do all the training and you do absolutely everything but the pressure's like way down here and then you go to a competition and the pressure goes up and all of a sudden you start to think you need to be doing all this madness you just need if you bring the pressure down and you do what you've been doing for the last eight nine ten weeks
You can get across the line, but when the pressure hits, you start thinking, I need to do more, I need to do something different.
