You start changing what you're eating, what you're dressed like.
Pressure does funny things.
So I think I'm always big on how can you get that in training?
How can you replicate that pressure so that you're consistently working under that pressure?
So when it comes to that pressure time, it's like we've done this under that amount of pressure.
We know what to do.
We know what not to do.
And just stay consistent, stay consistent.
Once we get into the village in COVID, or in Tokyo during COVID, it was actually sound in the village because everybody was tested every day.
Like every morning you were tested and they were really strict.
But like you had the masks off and stuff and it was all dead on.
Paris was good as well.
Like Paris was like, it was a lot more, they had a bit more freedom and stuff.
But yeah, do you know what?
And see, to be honest, you don't,
Like when you win medals in the village, like even after you've won your medal and you're walking about, it doesn't mean nothing because you're walking down, he's got an Olympic medal and she's got an Olympic gold medal and it's almost just like everybody has them.
So there's a wee bit of a period when you win your medal, it's like, is this actually as big as what people?
And then you go home and it's like, you know, and that's madness.
