What happened was it is bizarre because in two thousand and eight the the FBI opened a case.
They wanted a RICO case, which is, you know, d um the drugs and and gangs and and all that exactly.
Organized crime on uh death row records and bad boy records b to to prove that they had been set up using the proceeds of narcotics.
if they reopened the investigation to Biggie Small's murder and Keefe D was speaking to agents and said, I don't know anything about Biggie Small's murder, but I know who did the Tupac murder.
He was given so to get the information from the FBI for the FBI getting the information
Uh Kiffy D was given what's called a proffer deal, which is basically you tell us everything we need to know and we won't go after you on the char the you know, the the what we could charge you with.
He thought he was out the gap.
So this deal he and he had given the FBI all this information about how he had orchestrated the murder, how he had uh handed the gun into the back seat.
