And I would ask you about what's the driver behind that time pressure.
We will go through that because we do know that one of the things we fall into is false sense of urgency.
So I would ask you about what is the driver behind it.
Yep, so you can get that initial relief.
Yes, I need some relief, yes.
And it may be at the expense of what?
So this is the reason why we don't fix and we don't jump in, because a lot of us, when we're jumping in and we're being the fixer, it's for our own dopamine hit.
It's not in service to the person in front of us.
So I just want to say, as much as we talk about AI and how fast things go and the complexity and it's so complicated, blah, blah, blah, the thing that is the hardest is,
is managing this machine here.
And I would rather jump into a system and be like, we're gonna do this, this had to be done yesterday, than manage the most complicated system we have on earth.
We wanna take about AI and all these other things, but we don't wanna learn how to manage and embody ourselves.
And most of us live from here to here.
And if we actually had to be in our bodies all the time,
how different would the world be, but we would be dealing with something that's so much more complex than AI and the strategy and strategy, it's called, it would be so much more complicated.
And we're more willing to do that externally than managing this here, which is what we are accountable for.
We give up that accountability so that we can just jump on the chapter.
