The Environmental Protection Agency is rescinding a 2009 federal finding that vehicle emissions and other greenhouse gases pose a danger to public health.

This was all a scam, a giant scam.

President Trump says the endangerment finding allowed federal agencies to unfairly set regulations for vehicles that drove up costs and made U.S.

automakers less competitive.

The 2009 finding served as a legal underpinning for the EPA, and reversing it is likely to spark its own legal challenges, with lawsuits already previewed by public health and environment advocates.
