During a phone call with interim Venezuelan President Delce Rodriguez, President Trump announced airspace in the country will be opened as soon as today, allowing Americans to visit Venezuela.

And they're going to be able to do that.

During a cabinet meeting, the president instructed Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and military leaders to open up airspace by the end of the day.

The State Department has listed Venezuela as a high-risk country to visit, warning Americans not to travel there.
