What should I do next?
And I figured that out over time.

of reinvention that I didn't even realize that I was reinventing and rebuilding myself at that time.

scrambling getting through I was like oh gosh I felt very heavy very weighted very much like oh my gosh everything everything is a chore and that's why I do even reference you know I think we trivialise you know brushing our teeth and doing our hair and having a shower and putting on our deodorant and showing up and doing the thing we trivialise those things but actually when you're in those dark places it's vital just getting ready is a big thing
It's a big source of confidence and I don't think it should be underestimated at all.
