There's clauses in there about embryos.
Some people do IVF.
And so who gets the embryos in the event of a divorce?
So I might hate you, but I might still want the embryos to be made into children and have them be born.
Do I need to get the other person's permission?
I love this.
I'm like, this is good stuff.
It's interesting, right?
Hey, we are getting so specific about what we want and what we're agreeing to as a couple so that there's no we're not questioning anything later on.
And not that people won't question it, but at least you had some kind of like preliminary conversation to say we put it in the contract.
This is where we this is what we thought when we were getting married type of thing.
I don't know about bringing them closer together because typically the people who come and get prenups are in two buckets.
They're either sophisticated parties who are like, we were always going to do this.
This is just like another thing to do in the wedding checklist.
You know, like checking out venues, getting a prenup.
And then...
The other group of people that you see are people who've heard that they need to do it.
So again, they're also like, this is a procedural thing.
But no one finishes prenup negotiations and is like, wow, that was so amazing.
I just love you so much.
