And if guys are willing to take that minimum wage contract, which I always call the minimum wage one, not the actual, but the one that you can demote a player to that you can waive him and not a dollar goes on your cap.

So, you know, whatever that new number is this year, I don't know.

But, you know, it's about 1.2, 1.25, something like that that you can.

So they're going to be signing guys to contracts in that area.

So if they don't work out, there's no penalty.

So that'll be the biggest thing.

But once again, you've got to prepare for the worst in a lot of those cases.

And, you know, it's just a matter of time and it'll fall in line.

And guys are, you know, what they think they're worth.

And what they get are always a lot different.

When you don't have the edge, when you don't have the upper hand, you've got to take what you get.

And you don't want to be on the side of the road hitchhiking when the train's going by and everyone's signed.

So it's a lot of decisions.

And some guys are going to have to take two-way guarantees.

But the best thing is that if you really want to play in the National Hockey League, you continue to train.

You make sure you're ready.

And if you're called, you go to a team, you work hard, you're kind of going to be a mercenary.

And you never know how it works out for you.

And, you know, take a chance on yourself and, you know, try to earn a two-year deal going forward, you know, after you've proved yourself to a team this season.

So, you know, it shakes out that way every year.
