And as she crossed the bridge, she just couldn't understand it because she thought, surely this isn't the bridge, because from her point of view, there was no cordon.
She didn't see any guard any guard of presence, and she couldn't understand how her niece was supposed to have been found here a mere f short time prior to this, and there's no
presence of anyone around.

The state pathologist didn't attend the scene and the guard of technical bureau didn't attend the scene.
They don't have to attend the scene.
