The hypothermia, he doesn't take for a runner at all because the reason the pathologist had given for that are sort of a discoloration that was on Kelly's knees.

So so he doesn't think that that's enough to kind of use hypothermia as a diagnosis there.

And what the family did is they they got these clothes out of the box and they put them into, you know, like vacuum pack bags you get that are plastic.
So they separated out all the clothes themselves as clinically as they could, dried them out because they were still wet, put them into bags.
That were see-through.
And as they looked at them, the socks were filthy, but the shoes were clean.
It's very hard to understand.
There was this red substance on the shoes.
They didn't understand what that might be.
There was a huge rip in Kelly's coat from the um arm down to the the jacket where the um pocket would be.
So all of these things were highly suspicious to them.
As it turned out, during the peer review process, the guards took the clothes back.
