Because I felt like

Bit like when nobody reported on it at the beginning, is I feel like she didn't get treated with the dignity she deserved in her death.

You know, every person deserves

Dignity, they deserve people to understand what happened to them and they deserve that effort to be put in, surely in modern Ireland.

Everybody deserves that.

And I hope the documentary sort of restores some dignity to Kelly's memory uh and have those moments where we can see who she was, see all archive of her as a child and and really understand the person that Kelly was and the and the loss that there is there for those who have to live on without her now.

I can try, but it is a very bombastic story.

It's kind of like a Netflix thriller, almost like there's just so much in it.

And I suppose that's why I wrote the book, because even after the documentary, so much more came out.

Things we didn't know about her past, things we didn't know about additional scams she was running, new victims.

It's just, it's mind blowing, really.

But Samantha Cooks is an English woman from Gloucester in the UK.

And she has been in Ireland since 2013.

And since then, she's been moving around community, community all over the country, different names, different aliases, different backstories.

And in pretty much all places, she would run some sort of a scam.

She always seemed to just about get away with it and move on to the next place.

So well over a decade, she's carrying this out with a host of victims all over the country.

Yeah, different things, but they would have similar themes.

A lot of it would centre around children, vulnerable children and vulnerable families.
