Anyone in that position knows what it's like trying to access services in Ireland.

It's so difficult often.

You're on waiting lists for years.

Just even trying to get an assessment is a nightmare.

So they're really struggling.

And then in walks this woman who has all the answers.

She's available to you tomorrow.

And she has all the lingo.

She's very convincing.

And she's this hero that they all elevate up and are in awe of.

And I think perhaps maybe that she got bored of it.

Maybe, I don't know.
