Well, only from the point of view, Ciarán, that I spent over two decades working in the industry, supplying into the industry.
In fact, I was the guy who was responsible...
for bringing the boundary box into Ireland that sits outside your front door and outside everybody's front door.
But let me just explain something about the water industry.
Firstly, it has been said earlier, there's been a massive underinvestment in the water industry with local authorities for decades and decades and decades.
Irish water are in now.
They're doing a good job, but they can't create a miracle.
Basically, what people need to know is when the water leaves the reservoir...
and by the time it gets down to your house or my house, 40% of that water, 40% of that water is gone into the ground, right?
And what we have been doing here in Ireland for years and years and years, I had a supplier in the Netherlands who supplied me with stainless steel clamps.
Now, these are used if a water main bursts, they're wrapped around a pipe, right, to stop the leak for a while.
In Europe...
what they do is to put the clamp around the pipe and within two or three days come back and replace a whole section of pipe.
In Ireland, they didn't do that.
They put the wrap around the plant, around the pipe.
Two or three weeks later, the leak came further down the line.
Another stainless steel clamp went around the pipe.
So really, what needs is we need huge mains rehabilitation.
But it's going to take decades and it's going to take billions.
Should we be charged for water?
