There was one guy in Dublin City Council, for example, I knew.
He worked for Dublin City Council for 38 years.
His knowledge of the pipe network around Dublin City was phenomenal.
All in his head.
But, like, he retired.
I'm not even too sure whether he's alive.
You can't download information from people's heads.
But the records are there.
But there are, in every local authority, there are certain parts and certain areas where actually they don't really know where some of the pipes are.
They don't know where they are.
And I'll give you another fact.
Back in the early, mid-90s, Anglian Water came in to do a conservation project in Dublin City.
And they discovered some Victorian wooden pipes where water was still running through it.
