And the evidence of it is everywhere.

And so I'm like, why are like the three relationships that are important to me not working at all?
And so, you know, you start to look under the hood.
I was diagnosed recently with CPTSD.
CPTSD, chronic post-traumatic stress syndrome, which is interesting because PTSD, what I've learned, and look, I don't know, I'm not an expert.
You might be, let's see.
PTSD, from what I've learned from the psychiatrists, psychologists who are experts in the field, is it's actually much easier to heal.
from those sort of one-off traumatic events.
When you have chronic PTSD, trauma with a little t is how it's described, repeatedly over and over and over again as a kid, like if there's like a narcissistic adult in the home, right?
Right, so and repeated.
And if it's made worse by having no secure attachments, they're almost likely to like never fully recover.
And so there are now methods that I've now experienced like EMDR, electromagnet.
