So you have this vibrating pulse in your hand that keeps both hemispheres online.

So you don't get locked into this.

When you start talking about trauma, talk therapy, you don't get locked into this shutdown mode, right?

You keep both hemispheres on and somehow in doing that, it allows you to sort of process this stuff differently where you can move through it.

Yes, that's a part of it too.

But you have the stimulation that is a part of the process, right?

And you work through these traumatic events, you rebuild them, you create a new narrative around it, you re-experience it.

You're building a new neural network.

Anyway, so finding out that like, I have CPTSD, I need to work through this stuff, going through the trauma, my therapist was like, hold on.

what you just said is not little T stuff.

You know, when you're the victim of abuse as a child, working through all that has just been pretty eyeopening.

I'm already relating to you so much.

Yeah.

I just feel like I'm not driving the car.

Those voices are more than voices.

They got to hold the wheel.

And I can intellectualize in this moment.

I'm like, fuck, this is rejection sensitivities syndrome.

This is probably related to the fact that I was so terrified of upsetting the way the machine was working in the home as a child, tiptoeing on that broken glass.
