and then get them some of the help and support that they need such that they can get the medications, maybe perhaps work with the doctor to prescribe a generic instead of a brand medication so the member can afford the medication they need to take.

and then trying to work horizontally across the verticals to integrate the system, leveraging data, technology, information to ensure that the member feels like they have a complete holistic experience as they move through the healthcare system.
I touched on it earlier, the movement of care into the home and the opportunity to take value-based care, value-based programs, and integrate it with the home delivery model.
And the way we're doing
thinking through that is this won't be a humanist solution.
It will be an industry solution.
So our kindred asset is a payer agnostic asset.
The design is how do you take advantage of the movement from inpatient to outpatient, outpatient to freestanding, freestanding to home, and create better opportunities for more access to care
and better opportunities to deliver care in a setting that the customer is most comfortable with.
That's a great opportunity for us to move the industry to higher ground and to improve health outcomes broadly.
