It got to the point where I couldn't eat anything without getting incredibly bloated and in pain.
Just so much pain.
And it was my body going, we've reached our limit, girlfriend.

We're trying to tell you we're trying to tell you something.
We're freaking out.
We're screaming.
And that it really has opened my eyes to to like how much of my life I've spent living out of my body to like dissociating from my body and now learning like where.
Do I feel fear?
Where do I feel anxiety?
Where do I feel happiness?
Joy in different places.
Yeah.
And, and like learning to be more embodied and that's translated into live shows too.
Like being able to get up on stage and not dissociate because I'm nervous or anxious or being perceived, but just like, I'm here because this is my purpose and I get to enjoy being here.
I get to perform just for me.
