or that performance where I think if it had been two years ago and I was a different version of me, I probably would have just gone whoop somewhere else.
Cause I was nervous.
Um, and you know, there's a lot of people looking at me and that's, that was just my habit when I performed was like disassociate, go into autopilot, disassociate.
But I was able to be like so present and just, how did it feel in your body?
Um, it feels like you're putting your hand into a light socket.
It's like you have this electric current, uh,
running through your body.
And I kind of visualize it.
Like, I think it's source energy.
Like anytime you're channeling or creating when I'm writing, sometimes I feel like it's just this light coming from source into my body.
And that's kind of how I visualize it.
Cause sometimes it can feel like a lot.
And, um,
You just have to learn how to be a container for it and not disappear and just like be able to hold it and know like I can't hold this.
I'm meant to hold this energy right now.
But that's kind of what it feels like.
That's wisdom right there.
It's hard to describe.
It's an out-of-body experience, but it's beautiful.
