So for the third one, I was like, I'm not gonna have a jury overrule this one.

So I went so deep.

Um but I kinda always tried to take it on me.

The depth calls have been harder.

The depth that I had now would always be okay for last time in Lithuania, for example, junior worlds, also in Germany, but now it's like

Ever since World Games, it's been tougher.

And for me as an athlete I just have to adapt to that.

And to be true, Thomas also thinks this this is my idea.

If your lifts are perfect, you're always gonna get three white lights and you don't have to worry about any rules.

So for me, it's one of these things.

I'm still too technical and I have to worry too much about rules and that's on me.

So I have to get to a point where it's three white slides and I don't have to worry.

Right now I do have to worry, which is why we had to open so light, because and why the prep wasn't that good because

for bench because it's a bit confusing.

So if I can just get consistent and there's not gonna be any question and then from there I can just do like squat, build and build and build and continue and never give up and then eventually I'm gonna bench something big.

Normally I never actually check what they did, but I did keep an eye out.
