uh junior uh the junior national team uh head coach as well and then he talks with a lot of other um you know uh refs that are also international.

I honestly
don't care too much about the rules because it's not within my control.
And this is one of the things where everyone is I get that it's really sad that it's inconsistent with the rule and with the refing, because it is confusing.
Like a lot of people don't know and that's sad.
I feel like we we want some instruction videos uh from the IPF.
That would be great.
Just for the refs or like a anything so everyone has the same idea.
But at the same time for me as an athlete, I'm always gonna think
If I ever get a red, that's on me.
So for my squats, my first two squats, they were as deep as they always are.
I always got a red light.
