And and I'm like
an old lady in my soul and and an emotional person.
I kinda accepted that and that helped the more I accepted myself, usually the better I do.
And when I ever tr whenever I have a bad me, I usually try to be more like someone else or some someone else is doing.
And and that's usually when things go wrong 'cause I lose myself in the process and I lose what I love.
And I think that's something that's very important as well.

For some people it's gonna work like perfectly.
And then for some people it's more gonna be more like you you just have to do
Like l literally again, what works for you.
Like for me uh one of the things like just journaling, doing these stuff, it's like things that keep me grounded because my mind is like always all the way and everywhere and like again I'm very emotional.
So having a way to get through that and that's why I like to like not post because I already have enough pressure on myself from myself.
And to be honest, I'm doing this for myself.

I love doing powerlifting and
It's la like it's something that I love doing and so

I don't need to put more pressure on myself necessarily.
There are times like I remember my first like nationals, like I would watch like what someone else was doing and if someone was close to me, like like even if was that twenty kilos under me and squad I was like, Maybe they can increase.
