And so that was kinda my mindset.

I was telling you yesterday that this time around it felt weird 'cause people were
talking about our class like it was a big fight and I'm like previously I loved that but because at that time like last time in Lithuania it was my first time having the competition and getting used to it.
Now I'm like when it's it's still there, Chiara is still there, but when it's not like there in the same manner, I feel like it's not it's still fun, but it's like I missed it.

That's that's a growth spurt for me.
I just felt like, uh oh, everyone is picking me to win.
Let's that means something can happen and I could very well not win. 'Cause like I think I've learned from, you know, seeing so many things.
You know, I watched every world since like I started powerlifting and and watching the first worlds that I watched two thousand and nineteen.
And things happen like all the time.
And so I kinda learned that I I just can't get caught sleeping.
