So when

people are thinking that I'm gonna win, I'm kinda more on my toes.

And so I actually felt like I had almost a little bit more pressure or

I was a little bit more nervous 'cause I was like, I cannot get caught sleeping.

Like I have to do perfectly because this is where a lot of people may lose it.

Yeah.

I'm gonna get to bench 'cause I know a lot of people have questions about my bench and people have opinions about my bench.

Um but prep overall was good.

To be fair, I would say that it was great because I did hit um you know, I hit all time PRs now in competition and I h did hit those numbers in training as well.

So it was good.

Um Bench was

kinda as expected, which I'm gonna we're gonna get to it when we get to bench, but

And like everything for squad and delay like things were really clicking.

And I'm gonna say that mentally it was way tougher because I was I had such a revenge art mindset going into Sheffield.

I gave so much mentally and after that I was a bit fried.

Like I could still do everything that needed to be done, like the work that I needed to do was done.

But it's like you know when you have like the extra spark mentally it just wasn't really there.

And then we had

to find a new house 'cause the house that we were renting went out and you know we had to go and check out a lot of houses and, you know, ended up finally getting our house, uh a new one, which is cool.
