I'd rather that we spend time and had something that we could...
confidently put on there, put on a ballot, and have the public coming to us saying why they want to support this.
When the city manager was describing, well, we can't, does not allow the manager to move monies between funds.
It authorized moving from one department to another.
I think that I understood it, the previous one, but when I heard it again this time, I didn't understand that.
You know, when we talk about, well, we're gonna do revenue bond because we want to spend a little bit more and we're gonna pay over time, but there are drawbacks to that.

Those go against the public.
And against the public for things like, I don't know, restrooms at the, actually even that, I would like there to be more transparency.

Thank you, Madam Mayor.

As far as the signing of this, I would say that we have folks who...
who are not going to appear on the ballot sign this, and I'd like to see the mayor be one of those signators.
Thank you, Madam Mayor.
