I think that uh district one is a r highly desirable place. podcast-host

That area um is uh actually very close to the stadium. podcast-host

So we you know, we have uh a new uh city and neighborhood relations ad hoc committee that uh that um is looking at traffic and other other things to mini mitigate things for our residents there. podcast-host

But um definitely I think it's it's it's a great place to be and uh I think the more housing we have podcast-host

And I th you know, especially considering some of the things that even an email I saw earlier today from a a larger development. podcast-host

Just uh sorry I didn't get this question to you earlier, but um as far as um podcast-host

Do we have any oversight? podcast-host

I know that maybe in permitting processes and things, but like uh I'm just thinking about events like it around the stadium, how uh traffic patterns might affect uh you know i the uh ingress to the those locations, uh even egress as well. podcast-host

But I'm thinking about ingress when uh when you have people out onto the street and even even l like the um what's that roundabout at the Costco here on Coleman? podcast-host

Where you have a lot of times you have truck you know cars just uh podcast-host

out on the on the street because if they're trying to uh either figure out that that roundabout and things like that. podcast-host

So do we have any oversight over the pro private property and what they do um as far as traffic patterns on their property that might um podcast-host
